Guardian Above

If any of you have dug far enough back in my gallery, you will remember Draconids. This lady used to be human. She was given to a dragon to raise and the dragon fed her his blood a little at a time until she wasn't human and wasn't quite dragon. She will live for centuries and she will guard her human tribe with her life. She represents the sacrifice human families make for the protection of the dragons from the Delve. Delve are an elder race comparable to Tolkien's elves and dwarves combined.

Having lost nearly all of her mortal connections to the world, she flies in patrol and the wind is her only companion.
